Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Alfonso de Maria y Campos Castello, the new Director General for Asia Pacific, SRE Mexico on 22 April 2016.  He was accompanied by Mr. Khornelisman Jasri, Second Secretary.

Also present during the call were Mr. Alejandro Ramos Cardoso, Deputy DG for Asia Pacific and Mr. Enrique J. Morales Lomeli, Director for Japan & South East Asian Peninsular.  The Malaysian Ambassador congratulated the new Director General on his important appointment.

During the 30-minute call, both sides discussed issues of mutual concern and interest particularly on bilateral, regional, multilateral, trade and investment as well as capacity building program between Malaysia-Mexico.
