COURTESY CALL ON THE DIRECTOR GENERAL FOR SCIENTIFIC, TECHNICAL AND EDUCATIONAL COOPERATION (AMEXCID) MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, MEXICO
On 30 June 2016, H.E. Ambassador Mohammad Azhar Mazlan, accompanied by Mr. Khornelisman Jasri, Second Secretary, called on Dr. Martha Navarro-Albo, Director General AMEXCID at the latter’s office. Also present during the call were Ms. Lorena Garcia Nava, Head of the Department for Asia Pacific and Ms. Fernanda Lopez Olivo, Deputy Director for Academic Cooperation of AMEXCID.
The purpose of the call was to touch base and discuss with the DG issues of mutual interest between Malaysia and Mexico. Similar to the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), under AMEXCID Mexico offers participating countries various programs in capacity building. Both sides touched on the possible collaboration between MTCP and AMEXCID.
