H.E. Dato’ Jamaiyah M. Yusof, Ambassador of Malaysia to Mexico met with Ing. Humberto Ibarrola Diaz, Director General for Technical Development, Ministry of Communications and Transport of Mexico on 19 August 2011 at the latter’s office. The call was made as a follow-up to Y.B. Deputy Minister of Works of Malaysia’s participation at the XXIV World Road Congress held in Mexico City from 26 to 30 September 2011.
