On 24 June 2014 the Sarawak Regional Office received a working visit from HE Dato' Ibrahim Abdullah, Deputy Secretary-General (Management Services) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia. HE Dato’ Ibrahim’s visit to the Regional Office coincided with the Dialogue Session organized by the Public Services Commission (PSC), Malaysia. The session was chaired by Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Mahmood Adam, Chairman of the PSC.
The dialogue involved the management of human resources divisions of various ministries and departments with the goal of promoting the understanding, co-operation and co-ordination in regards to recruitment, services, promotion and disciplinary matters.
Despite a packed schedule, HE Dato’ allocated some time on a working visit to the Sarawak Regional Office for a familiarization process of the day to day management of the organization.
