Attending the Opening Ceremony of the 9th Session of the Africa Regional Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction held at Mercure Hotel, Windhoek Namibia this morning. The theme for this year event is that - ‘Act Now For The Resilient Africa We Want’. . All the Foreign Diplomatic Missions in Namibia were invited to attend the official opening ceremony of the Event to hear on the general essence of the Meeting that are currently being attended by representatives of the 55 member states of the African Union. The Sessjon will be held from 21 to 24 October 2024.
