- Bids are hereby inviting from organisations, companies or individuals to purchase the following vehicle:

- The vehicle may be viewed and inspected from 31 October to 13 November 2025 between 09:00 to 16:00 hours at the High Commission of Malaysia, Abuja, Plot 5, Queen Idia Street, Asokoro, Abuja. For appointment to view or inspect the vehicle, please contact the High Commission of Malaysia, Abuja at +234-209 290 8488/ +234-703 136 5197.
- Bids are to be used prescribed forms KEW.PA-28, which can be obtained at the address stated in paragraph 4. The bid must be valid for ninety (90) days.
- All bids to be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “High Commission’s Vehicle Quotation No. 2/2025” to:

- Closing date and time for submission of bids is on 14 November 2025 at 1200 hours. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The vehicle will be sold subject to the reserved price.
- Bidders are required to submit a bid deposit of 5% of the bidding price or RM5,000 whichever is lower. The bid deposit must be in the form of a Postal Money Order or Bank Draft only in the name of The High Commission of Malaysia, Abuja.
- Bidding without/less deposit will not be considered.
- The vehicle is offered on sale on "as-is- where-is basis”.
- The High Commission will have no obligation after sale.
- Other expenses related to the purchase of the vehicle (dismantle/ transportation) if any, are to be borne by the buyer.
- Buyer is required to make full payment of the vehicle within one (1) week from the date of notification of the successful bidding. The deposit will not be refunded if payment is not made within the period.
- Buyer is to claim the vehicle within seven (7) days after the full payment has been made. The payment made will not be refunded and the High Commission reserves the right to dispose of the vehicle if the buyer failed to do so.
