Celebrations for Hari Raya Aidilfitri to mark the end of Ramadhan were held at the Embasy of Malaysia, The Hague on 19 August 2012. The event was marked with Raya prayers in the morning followed by a Raya buffet that included such dishes as nasi minyak, rendang, ayam masak merah, kuah lontong, nasi impit and a selection of Malaysian tropical fruits. The warm sunny day contributed to the feeling of a Malaysian Hari Raya as approximately 300 guests joined us for the celebrations.
