Please be informed that, starting 20 June 2026, there will be two changes pertaining to the Certificate of Good Conduct (Sijil Kelakuan Baik) as follows:
1. Payment - Payment will now be made at the start of the application (instead of upon approval of the CGC/SKB).
2. Format of Certificate - The newly designed certificate will incorporate upgraded security features.
