On 21 May 2024, Ambassador Roseli Abdul and Dr. Arjan de Zeeuw, Director of the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands signed the Letter of Intent on Collaboration in Research in Maritime Archaeology and Underwater Cultural Heritage Management on behalf of the respective governments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
The collaboration will further enhance the close and friendly bilateral ties between Malaysia and the Netherlands.
