Visit to SD Guthrie International Zwijndrecht Refinery, 18 September 2025
On 18 September 2025, H.E. Dato’ Roseli Abdul, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Netherlands, led the ASEAN Committee in The Hague (ACTH) on a visit to SD Guthrie International Zwijndrecht Refinery, a multi-vegetable oil processing factory located south of Rotterdam. The refinery is operated by SD Guthrie International (SDGI), a subsidiary of SD Guthrie, the Malaysian-based plantation conglomerate.
During the visit, the delegation was apprised of SDGI’s operations and its commitment to sustainability throughout its overall ecosystem before partaking a short tour around the refinery.
