PNB - KPT Investment Bridging or PNB-KPT is a special programme organised by Permodalan Nasioal Berhad (PNB) and Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (KPT) aimed at enhancing employment opportunities for graduates from local public universities. Through the programme, participants will obtain technical and product knowledge in investment, finance, and unit trust as well as transferable skills such as analytical skill, problem solving and effective communication, thus improving their personal development and marketable. 

The participants will have the opportunity to complement their learning from universities with the right technical and product knowledge thus providing them better career prospects in financial services industry. The participants will undergo 1 month training intensive classroom training, 2 months on job rotation and 3 months industrial attachment with PNB Group of Companies.
