On Monday, 11 November 2024, Ambassador Dato' Azhar received a courtesy call from a two-member delegation from the Real Estate Appraisal Department, Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. The delegation was led by Mr. Mohammad Zam Zam Bin Abu, with Mr. Nor Azuan Bin Haji Ayub, Third Secretary of the High Commission, also in attendance.
The primary purpose of the delegation’s visit was to conduct evaluations of Malaysian assets abroad as part of an ongoing assessment initiative by the Ministry. Mr. Mohammad Zam Zam provided an overview of the department’s evaluation procedures, methodology, and goals for asset assessment. He also discussed the scope of the project and the anticipated timeframe for completing the evaluations.
