'HARI RAYA' OPEN HOUSE AT RUMAH MALAYSIA ISLAMABAD ON 26 SEPTEMBER 2009 On Saturday, 26 September 2009, the 'Hari Raya' (Open House) was held at Rumah Malaysia and hosted by ENCIK AHMAD AMIRI ABU BAKAR, Charge d? Affaires and all Home-Based Staff (HBS) of the High Commission of Malaysia. The other present were ASEAN Heads of Missions, Deputies and their spouses, Locally Recruited Staff (LRS), Malaysian Students and fellow Malaysians from different companies based in Islamabad. The event was followed by luncheon with Homely Malaysian Cuisines and Western food. 
ENCIK AHMAD AMIRI ABU BAKAR organized this event with the aim to celebrate ?Hari Raya? and have a get-together among the ASEAN Community in Islamabad. Guests were served with traditional dishes such as lemang, ketupat, rendang and soto ayam. Traditional Raya tunes were played in the background throughout the event.
