On Tuesday, 4 July 2023, His Excellency Ambassador Azhar hosted an Eid Al-Adha luncheon at the High Commission of Malaysia in Islamabad. The event was attended by the Home-based Staff (HBS) and Locally Recruited Staff (LRS) of the High Commission, as well as representatives from the Islamabad - based travel agencies.
In his remarks, Ambassador Azhar extended Eid greetings to all guests and took the opportunity to reflect on the meaning and importance of performing Qurban deeds by Muslims during Eid al-Adha. He also expressed his appreciation for the assistance provided by the travel agencies during his working visit to Peshawar, Buner, Torkham, and Mardan. In recognition of their support, Ambassador Azhar presented letters of appreciation to the representatives of the agencies.
