The Malaysian High Commissioner / Dean of Diplomatic Corps, H.E. Datin Seri Blanche Olbery, British High Commissioner, H.E. Jackie Barson and New Zealand High Commissioner, H.E. Marion Crawshaw co-hosted a luncheon in honour of 3 Women MPs, namely, Minister for Religion, Youth and Community Development, Hon. Loujaya Toni; Eastern Highlands Governor, Hon. Julie Soso and Deputy Minister for Treasury, Hon. Delilah Gore, to celebrate the victories of three ladies MPs in the recently completed election, at the Grand Papua Hotel, on 21 September 2012. The local newspapers The National dated 28 September 2012 carried the news report entitle “Women MPs get special lunch”.
