Beginning 11 April 2022, all applicants for the Certificate of Good Conduct will have to get a Statutory Declaration attested by a Commissioner for Oaths (or Consular Officer at the Embassy/Consulate) and upload the document on http://ekonsular.kln.gov.my/login.
For those who applied the said Certificate from 21 Feb - 10 March 2022, they are required to sign a Declaration of No Criminal Record, and the signature to the document will be witnessed by a Consular Office.
