ARRIVAL OF NEW CHARGE D' AFFAIRES

On Saturday, 14 February 2009, Mr. Nur Azman Abdul Rahim arrived in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea to assume duty as the new Charge d' Affaires/ Head of Chancery of the High Commission of Malaysia. Mr. Nur Azman replaces Mr. Zainal Izran Zahari who has been cross-posted to Stockholm, Sweden. Prior to Port Moresby's assignment, Mr. Azman served as First Secretary at the High Commission of Malaysia in London, United Kingdom.

He graduated from University Utara Malaysia in 1997 with an honour degree in Bussines Administration. In 2005, he received a Certificate of Diplomatic Studies from University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
