The MAPNG made a donation of a total K130,000 to 3 organisations (Sir Buri Kidu, Open Heart Operation and Eda Mauri) here in Port Moresby on 13 March 2013. The 3 organisations were represented by Dame Carol Kidu (former Minister and MP for Moresby South) and Mrs. Kathy Johnson. It was also attended by a former heart patient, Isabelle Damai, a grade 12 student who had a heart operation when she was 5 years old through open heart operation.
