Her Excellency Datin Blanche Olbery, High Commissioner of Malaysia to PNG was invited as a guest for the Commander's Annual Parade 2009 organised by the PNG Defence Force at Murray Barracks, Port Moresby.
Other foreign diplomats and dignities were also invited to attend the annual event. The Commander's Annual Parade was held on Thursday, 15 October 2009 from 9.00 am to 11 am. After the parade, the Chief of Staff, Commander A.U Tom Obe hosted the reception for the invited guest at the Murray Barracks Officer's Command Mess.
