COURTESY CALL ON THE MINISTER FOR ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVATION OF PAPUA NEW GUINEA BY THE MALAYSIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER, 7 MARCH 2011
 
The Malaysian High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea, H.E. Datin Seri Blanche Olbery made a courtesy call on the Minister for Environment and Conservation of Papua New Guinea on 7 March 2011, together with YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Abdul Kadir Hj. Sheikh Fadzir, Executive Chairman, Mansfield Enterprise (PNG) Ltd and Mr. Nur Azman Rahim, Counsellor / Head of Chancery of the High Commission of Malaysia.
 
They exchanged views on the environment and conservation issues in both countries. The meeting also discussed on the problems faced by Mansfield Enterprise (PNG) Ltd on their Yumu Resources Agro-Forestry project in Central Province, Papua New Guinea which is pending approval by the Board of Councilors at the Environment Ministry.
