The High Commission of Malaysia, Port Moresby organised a Dialogue Session on Papua New Guinea Labor Law on 12 April 2013. It was participated by PYT High Commissioner and Home Based Staffs. Mr. Mark Teng, Legal Executive of Rimbunan Hijau (PNG) Ltd presented the talk. The dialogue focused on labor law subjects such as contract of employment, types of employment, obligations of both employees and employers, employees’ rights and procedures of termination in the context of the Papua New Guinea Labor Law.
