HE Datin Seri Blanche Olbery, the Malaysian High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea and accredited to the Republic of Vanuatu and Solomon Islands, will end her tour of duty on 29 June 2013. H.E. High Commissioner was in Port Vila, Vanuatu on 10 June 2013 for a Farewell Audience on the Prime Minister of Vanuatu, Rt. Hon. Moana Carcasse Kalosil.
