Malaysia’s largest company in Papua New Guinea, Rimbunan Hijau Group yesterday (17 June 2008) unveiled the group’s Kina 1 billion Vision City project in Port Moresby. The mega project is the largest in Papua New Guinea, which comprises three-storey Mega Mall housing a hypermarket, 50 retail outlets and restaurants, a hotel with more than 290 rooms and 120 serviced apartments, a convention centre that can accommodate 2,000 people, and a 10-storey block offering 60,000 sq meters of office space. Prime Minister, Sir Michael Somare officially launched and break ground for the construction project.
