On 19 June 2013, the Malaysian Association of Papua New Guinea (MAPNG) hosted a farewell dinner in honour of HE Datin Seri Blanche Olbery, High Commissioner of Malaysia, who will leave Papua New Guinea on 29 June 2013 at the end of her tour of duty as Malaysian High Commissioner. The guest-of-honour delivered a short remark and the President of MAPNG, Mr. Ang Cheng Chooi also gave a short remark. On behalf of MAPNG, Mr. Ang presented HE Datin Seri High Commissioner with a farewell gift. The Vice-President, Treasurer and all the committee members of MAPNG as well as all HBS together with families attended the farewell dinner.
