THE MALAYSIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER ATTENDED THE WELCOME PARADE FOR INTERNAL SECURITY MINISTER AND POLICE BAND RECRUIT PASS-OUT, 01 JULY 2011
The Malaysian High Commissioner, H.E. Datin Seri Blanche Olbery attended the Welcome Parade for Internal Security Minister and Graduation of one hundred (100) Police Band Recruit from Intake One of 2010, at Bomana Police College, Port Moresby, on Friday 1 July 2011, at the invitation of the Commissioner of Police of the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary, Mr. Anthony Wagambie, MBE, DPS, QPM.
The Internal Security Minister, Hon. Mr. Mark Maipakai, MP was the Reviewing Officer.
During the reception, after the parade, H.E. Datin Seri Blanche Olbery had the opportunity to discuss the security issues with the Internal Security Minister and in particular the recent killing of a Malaysian in Port Moresby.
