Passport Renewal
Please be informed that your application for passport renewal could be submitted to the Malaysian Immigration Department in London through the Embassy of Malaysia in Warsaw.
The Embassy may assist in sending the application on your behalf to the Malaysian Immigration Department in London. However, you would have to bear the costs of shipment to London by providing us with the postage fees or ordering the courier remotely yourself.
For adults, the documents to be submitted are as follows:

- Copy of current passport
- Copy of Malaysian IC
- Copy of valid Poland residence card or visa - - If your residence card is already expired, please submit a copy of a statement or document from the relevant Polish authority indicating that your renewal application is still under process (please ensure that the statement/document is in English).
- Fee PLN 200.00 for passport renewal
- Fee of PLN285 for DHL courier (delivery 1 day to London) - (optional- if you wish to arrange for the courier yourself, you do not have to pay for this fee)
For children less than 12 years old who were born in Malaysia, the documents to be submitted are as follows:

- Copy of current passport
- Copy of MyKid
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of valid residence card or visa - If your residence card is already expired, please submit a copy of a statement or document from the relevant Polish authority indicating that your renewal application is still under process (please ensure that the statement/document is in English).
- Copy of both mother's and father's IC
- Fee of PLN 100.00 for passport renewal
- Fee of PLN285 for DHL courier (delivery 1 day to London) - (optional- if you wish to arrange for the courier yourself, you do not have to pay for this fee)
If you have ALL the completed documents as outlined above, you may come to the Embassy and submit the documents in person.
The Consular Section of the Embassy operates from 10.30 am – 1.00 pm every Monday-Friday except for public holidays.
Should you decide to order the courier to London remotely by yourself, the Embassy will inform you once all the documents have been processed and are ready to be posted to the Immigration Department in London. By the time your documents are ready, you may arrange for a courier company to collect the documents at the Embassy and post them to London.
In addition, it is mandatory for you to come in person later to the Embassy of Malaysia in Warsaw with the old passport once the new passport is ready for collection. Please allow for 1-1.5 months of processing time.
