HE Ambassador to Malaysia, Dato' Muhammad Shahrul Ikram Yaakob addressed the participants of United Nation's Follow-Up International Conference on Financing for Development to Review the Implementation of Monterrey Consensus in a plenary session on 1st December 2008.
The Conference was held at Sheraton Hotel, Doha from 28th November to 2nd December 2008.
Dato' Shahrul Ikram headed the Malaysian delegation to the conference.
