HE Ahmad Jazri Mohd Johar, Ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Qatar presented his credentials to HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, The Emir of Qatar at a ceremony held at the Emiri Diwan on Sunday, 1 May 2011.
It was followed by an audience on His Highness The Emir. His Highness expressed his appreciation on the excellent state of bilateral relations and the participation of Malaysian businesses in the infrastructure developments taking place in Qatar.
His Highness encouraged more participation by Malaysian businesses in Qatar as well as to explore the potentials of joint ventures in third countries. His Highness is also pleased and encouraged with the level of Qatari investments in Malaysia and is confident that both sides could increase their collaboration and sourcing of expertise from Malaysia that would benefit both countries.
