On 21 February 2025, His Excellency Faizal Razali, the Ambassador of Malaysia in Doha, officiated the second edition of the Malaysia Futsal Championship (KFM) 2025. This edition also featured the Malaysia Netball Championship (KBJM) 2025, a program organized for the first time by the Malaysian Association of Qatar (MAQ) and held for the first time in Dukhan, Qatar.
