The Minister of Higher Education, HE Dato' Mohamed Khaled Nordin and delegates from education sector were in Doha in 15 - 17 Nov 2009 to attend World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE).
In honour of the Minister and delegates, HE Ambassador organised a dinner at Malaysian Residence.
