Master Muhammad Afnan Afandi bin Mohd Redwan won the "Tejan Al Noor" Competition Quranic 2018 in Doha, Qatar.
The International Qur’an Recitation Competition has become an annual occasion endowed with young recitations by children from across the world. Its aim is to recognise talented youth and encourage them to read and mastering Quranic reciting.
