SPB Agong Birthday Celebration

The Embassy of Malaysia will organize a function to mark the 45^th Birthday Celebration of DYMM SPB Yang di-Pertuan Agong XIII on Friday, 1^st June, 2007 from 1930hrs at the Embassy of Malaysia’s compound, Zone 66, Lusail Street, West Bay, Dafna

The detailed program is as follows:

1930 hrs -     Arrival of guests

2000 hrs -     Flag raising ceremony (Negaraku) followed by patriotic songs by choir group and poem recitation

2015 hrs -     Speech by YBhg Dato' Ku Jaafar Ku Shaari, Ambassador of Malaysia to the State of Qatar

* Cake cutting ceremony

Video Presentation on “VMY ’07 One Golden Celebration”

2030 hrs -     Presentation from Malaysian Association of Qatar (MAQ) 2007/8 office bearer

                             -        Remarks by President

                             -        Presentation on membership drive

                             -        Launching of MAQ's new logo and website

2100 hrs -     Dinner

Free programme (karaoke)

          2230 hrs -     End of Program

Dress code     :        Batik

All Malaysians along with their family members are cordially invited to attend and join the function above.

The Embassy will prepare main dish plus hot and cold drinks.
