BIRTH REGISTRATION APPLICATION

(Father is Malaysian)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Baby's passport-sized photographs (2 pieces) - White background

2. Baby's birth certificate (bring original, its English translation, and 2 photocopies each)

3. Parent's passport (bring original and 2 photocopies)

4. Parent's Identity MyKad (bring original and 2 photocopies)

5. Parent's Iqamah (bring original and 2 photocopies)

6. Parent's birth certificate (bring original and 2 photocopies)

7. Parent's Marriage Certificate issued by the Malaysian Government (bring original and 2 photocopies)

8. Applicant has to fill in Borang D

9. The fee is SAR 50.00

NOTE:

-   Father and Baby are required to be present at the Consulate.

-   The birth of the child has to be registered within 1 year from the date of birth.

-   Birth Certificate of Baby and Mother with English Language Translation and endorsed (authenticated) by the Issuing Authority / Consulate of the relevant country in Saudi Arabia.

CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION

(Mother is Malaysian and Father is Foreigner)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Baby's passport-sized photographs (3 pieces)

2. Baby's birth certificate (bring original and 2 photocopies)

3. Baby's passport (if any, bring original and 2 photocopies)

4. Mother's and Father's passports (bring original and 2 photocopies)

5. Mother's Malaysian Identity MyKad (bring original and 2 photocopies)

6. Mother's and Father's Birth Certificate (bring original and 2 photocopies)

7. Mother's and Father's Marriage Certificate issued by the Malaysian Government (bring original and 2 photocopies)

8. Application to fill:

    a) Borang B

   b) Lampiran A.15(2)

   c) Lampiran A-W

9. The fee is SAR 10.00

NOTE:

-   Mother, Father and Baby are required to be present at the Consulate.

-   Mother is a Malaysian at the time of child's birth.

-   Child was born after the marriage of the parent (child is legible).

-   This application is only applicable for those born on 01.01.2010 and after.

-   The birth of the child has to be registered within 1 year from the date of birth.
