Passport Renewal

APPLICATION FOR A NEW / RENEWAL OF MALAYSIAN PASSPORT

Please bring/submit the following:

1)   Original current Malaysian Passport;

2)   Original and one copy of MyKad - front and back; and

3)   Original and one copy of Iqamah.

For children's passport applications (under 18 years old), please also include:  

1) Original and one copy of Malaysian birth certificate / (Borang W or Borang H);

2) Mykid or Mykad of the children; and

3) Original and one copy of either Father's or Mother's MayKad.

NOTE:

The photograph for the new passport will be taken as a live-capture photograph at the counter.  Please wear dark colour clothing. 

For women with hijab, please wear a dark colour hijab as well.  The applicants must wear a presentable and appropriate attire.

Passport fees:

1. Normal Applicants (Age 13 – 59 years old)                 = SAR 190.00
2. Senior Citizens (60 years old and above)                     = SAR 95.00
3. Children (12 years old and below)                                = SAR 95.00
4. Persons with disabilities with Malaysian OKU Card   = Gratis
