JEDDAH: The Consulate General organised an Aidil Adha Gathering on 4 November 2012 at the Chancery. The occasion was graced by the present of YB. Dato’ Razali Ibrahim, Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth of Malaysia and spouse, Datin Melissa Shireen Munshir. All home based staff and local recruited staff and families including agencies based in Jeddah attended the event which began with brief remarks by the Consul General, Mohd Khalid Abbasi Abdul Razak followed by a speech by YB. Dato’ Razali. The Deputy Minister, among others, shared his inaugural haj experience and reminded all on being thankful and grateful at all time. All present then enjoyed the raya spread which was jointly prepared by the consulate ladies including nasi impit, nasi tomato, rendang ayam, kuah kacang, ayam masak merah and varieties of raya cookies.
