21 October 2025 - Mr. Roslan Sharif, Consul General of Malaysia in Jeddah had an audience with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan Al-Saud, Governor of Madinah Region at the latter's office in Madinah.
During the audience, both sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interests including bilateral relations between Malaysia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, trade and investment opportunities, as well as education and tourism cooperations.
Mr. Roslan Sharif also had the opportunity to promote Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026) and express readiness to work together in strengthening the close bilateral ties between the two nations.
