JEDDAH: Asian Consul General Club (ACGC) get-together cum dinner was hosted by Consul General of Malaysia and Madam Aniza Khalid on 20 November 2012 at the Official Residence. The event was attended by Consul General from Bangladesh, Brunei, China, India, Japan, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore including their respective spouses. All present we served with an array of authentic `1 Malaysia Cuisines’ which was prepared personally by Madam Aniza i.e. prawn fritters with peanut sauce, rice noodle soup, white rice, spicy grill chicken with coconut milk, red chilly beef, mix vegetables, teh tarik and varieties of Malaysian sweets and deserts.
ACGC which comprises 13 member countries is an informal group that been created to promote closer understanding, cooperation and relations among members by way of organizing informal gatherings and various social and sports activities in Jeddah throughout the year.
