On 17 December 2025, Mr. Roslan Sharif, Consul General of Malaysia paid a farewell call on the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Branch in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region) KSA, H.E. Farid bin Saad Al-Shehri.
Both sides reflected on the key achievements during CG Roslan’s tenure in Jeddah and exchanged appreciation for the efforts undertaken by both sides to maintain the positive momentum to elevate the relationship between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Makkah Region Branch) and the Consulate General of Malaysia in Jeddah to a greater height.
