YBhg. Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Zaini Ujang, Secretary General (II), Ministry of Education, Malaysia undertook a working visit to Madinah and Jeddah from 31 August to 9 September 2013 to attend the 4th International Conference on Islam and Higher Education (ICHIE) organised by Madinah Institute of Leadership and Joint Working Group Meeting with IDB, Jeddah. While in Jeddah and Madinah, the Secretary General also visited few Higher Education Institutions and held networking meetings for further collaboration in higher education of both parties. On the last day of the visit, the Secretary General visited the consulate and had a networking meeting which was attended by all Heads of Department based in Jeddah. Later the Consul General hosted a lunch in honour of the Secretary General and officers.
