The Director-General of the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Malaysia, Y.Bhg. Dato' Dr. Abd Aziz bin Jamaluddin, was in Khartoum recently on invitation from the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries, Dr. Mohamed Abdul Raziq Abdul Aziz. He was accompanied by Dr Quaza Nizamuddin bin Hassan Nizam, DVS Perak State Director and Dr Abu Hassan Muhammad Ali, Director of Research and Innovation, DVS Malaysia.
While in Khartoum, Dato' Dr. Abd Aziz bin Jamaluddin had a courtesy call on Sudanese Minister of Animal Resources and Fisheries, Dr. Faisal Hassan Ibrahim. He also met other government officials related to veterinary services in Sudan.
The delegation also inspected the abattoirs and cold room storage facilities for exportation of Sudanese livestock.
