ASEAN Dinner
CDA a.i. of the Embassy Mr Abdul Wafi on 21 October 2021 hosted a diner amical with the ASEAN colleagues and some members of the diplomatic corps in Dakar. Now that the local restrictions in Dakar have eased up gradually, it was nice seeing regular faces from Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United State, Canada, Japan, Turkey and Venezuela in a normal setting. Though the setup was a bit formal than usual, but when it comes to Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api and Sambal Belacan, life can’t be too serious.
