Visit by General Mbaye Ciss, Director General of the Centre for Higher Studies of Defence and Security (Centre des Hautes Etudes de Défense et de Sécurité – CHEDS) on Her Excellency the Ambassador of Malaysia to Senegal, took place on Tuesday, 20 April 2021.
The two exchanged frank discussions on possible cooperation between CHEDS and Malaysia, and both sides agreed to work to realise those plans. If it materializes, it will be the first collaboration between Malaysia and Senegal in the field of security, albeit in an academic and research capacity.
