1. Review key issues and challenges in the Islamic banking and capital market
2. Discuss the Shariah governance framework
3. Explain the legal and regulatory framework that supports Islamic finance
4. Identify the dynamics of the Takaful industry and its products
5. Discuss the identified Sukuk structures and growth of global Sukuk market
6. Describe the Shariah-compliant stock screening methodologies
7. Discuss the key growth aspects of Islamic fund management
Target participants:
- Middle to senior level officers of regulatory (or government) agencies.
- Organizations involved or interested in the development of Islamic finance and/or in the financial industry in their economies.
