The Malaysian Cultural Festival was held on Saturday, 25 November 2023 at the Malaysian Residence in Dakar, Senegal from 17hrs till late at night. It was attended by some 100 over people, including some of the alumni members of Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), diplomatic corps, local public and even some of the Malaysians that are resident here in Dakar.
