Course offered: THIRD COUNTRY TRAINING PROGRAMME ON ENHANCEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY AND COMPETITIVENESS THROUGH KAIZEN APPROACH FOR AFRICAN COUNTRIES
(SENEGAL, BURKINA FASO & MALI ONLY)

Course description:
1. To share knowledge and experience gained to create awareness in their respective organisation;
2. To apply the KAIZEN tools in identifying and eliminating at least 5 types of waste at manufacturing and service organisation;
3. Initiate KAIZEN improvement team in their respective organisations.
Target participants:
- Executives and Managers who are in charge of disseminating quality and productivity improvement activities among the public and private sector organisations.
Deadline for application: 18 May 2020 (Monday).
All applications must be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Presidential Office.
