i. Salary Package
- Basic salary a month
- Allowance and bonus, if any
- Overtime payment for work done beyond normal working hours
- Time of payment of wages & wages period
ii. Working Days & Hours
- Number of working days in a week
- Working hours & break time in a day
- Rest day in a week
- Any shift work?
iii. Leave & Public Holidays
- Number of days of paid sick leave in a year
- Number of days of paid annual leave a year
- Number of days of paid maternity leave, if applicable
- Number of paid public holidays in a year
iv. Termination of Employment
- The notice required for resignation
- The notice required for employer to terminate the contract of employment
- Provision of contract that ties the termination of contract to a bond
v. Other Terms & Conditions of Service
- The coverage of medical benefit or medical insurance
- Lawful deductions made to salary, if any
- Accommodation, if any
- Transport to workplace, if any
- Termination benefits, if any
- Cash advances, if any
- Requirement of work pass
- Safekeeping of worker's passport
- And any other terms & conditions, i.e during the COVID-19 pandemic.
