Endorsement for JPJ Forms

Transfer of Ownership of Vehicle and Motorcycle requires verification of original grant and original Identity Card. Other security procedures must also be followed.

As JPJ documents are gazetted documents, therefore application for witnessing of signature must be referred and done personally at Registration and Licensing Unit at JPJ Office in Johor Bahru, or respective JPJ Office accordingly in the relevant states.
