The Embassy of Malaysia took part in the International Summer Festival organised by the Embassy of Turkey in Ashgabat on 21 May 2017. Among the Malaysian food prepared and sold were rice cube and peanut sauce, fried vermicelli, curry puff, fried banana balls and baked pandan flan. The Malaysian stall received a good response from visitors to the Festival, which consist of mainly diplomats and expatriates in Ashgabat.
