The Embassy of Malaysia in Turkmenistan organized the National Sports Day of Malaysia on 13 October 2018 in Chuli, Turkmenistan. The programme was participated by Malaysians residing in Ashgabat as well as the local staff of the Embassy and Malaysian companies operating in Ashgabat. A total of 36 Malaysians were present. Among the activities held on that day were aerobic exercise, mixed volleyball (men and women), mixed futsal (men, women and children) and hill climbing.
