9 July 2025 – Ms. Clara Soon May Lynn, CDA a.i. of the Embassy of Malaysia in Ankara met Prof. Dr. Hatice Çelik, Head of Asia studies and Head of the ASEAN Centre for Applied Studies and Research at the Social Sciences University (ASBU) in Ankara.
The meeting exchanged views on the potential areas of collaboration between Malaysia and Türkiye in the field of higher education. This includes joint research programmes on social sciences and engagements with students and academia in the field of ASEAN studies.
